Emma joined Lapsley McManus in May 2023 to oversee the agency processes and general administration, managing listings, inspecting properties and undertaking viewings. Emma’s personality is ideally placed to be dealing with people and showcasing properties. Prior to joining Lapsley McManus, Emma worked in fraud for a major bank where her skills in working with members of the public were developed. Emma though, has a strong background in property having worked within an interior design practice for 10 years, involved in major hotel, bar & restaurant and residential refurbishment projects, where her skills in client relationships and working with contractors were developed.
Away from work, and in between dealing with the demands of teenagers, Emma thoroughly enjoys spending time out walking, keeping fit in the gym and spending time abroad immersing herself into cultures and sampling delicious food.
Away from work Marlo is a typical labrador who enjoys long walks, chasing a ball, swimming and destroying other people’s belongings. Of particular liking are remote controls and keys.
